Faulty equipment/ Broken Promises

I have been a loyal and faithful customer for at least three years or more. My service is horrible. The calls are continously dropping and the network is always down so I lose important phone calls and text messages. Because nextel is together with sprint and offer $25.00 gift cards for referrals, at least four or more people have been referred but never have I recieved an award! Also a certain percentage is offered for us as well if we work for "Wendy's" but that has not been issued. Last but not least, recently i had to replace phone #4 and can not upgrade either phone line because I'm tired of faulty equipment and false promises!
Upgrade my phone at no expense to me. Then i want to be issued a back-up phone at equal value to the phone i currently have for the inconvenience of purchasing 4 replacements! Either four $25.00 gift cards for my referrals or credit towards my bill. Also I want the discount for "Wendy's" workers.

I have to echo what S. Brown said. Did you fill out the referral paperwork and did your referrals tell Sprint/Nextel that it was you who referred them? If not, they have no way of knowing and are not psychic.
Did you obtain the employee discount code and call customer service? I know sometimes, even with the code, they tell you that you must go to a store to obtain the discount since they want you to prove that you are an employee. They tried to tell me this but, luckily, my rep obtained it for me since I handle over 2000 Nextels for my firm. Again, they are not psychic, you must tell them that you have a employee discount.
They are not going to give you a "back up" phone, sorry, not going to happen.

Ah geez - - where to start . . . .
Did you fill out the required documentation to receive the $25.00 gift cards for the referrals or did you think that they were somehow automatically sent to you?
Did you sign up for your service under Wendy's corporate agreement? If not, then you are not entitled to the corporate discounts and, in some cases, they only apply to new service.
Are you entitled to an upgrade at this time? If not, then they are not going to replace your phone at no expense. And they most certainly are not going to "issue a back-up phone" because you feel you have been inconvenienced - - no how - - no way.
Loyal and faithful has nothing to do with your demands - - you are the consumer and it is your responsiblity to provide proof that you referred "four or more" people and also it's up to you to do whatever is required to receive the Wendy's employee discount.
