I have been with nextel for a while now. I am even a return customer. I am semi satisfied with the service but the frustrating thing is i have recently paid alot of money for a i930 and i only find it to be very crippled. The programs having to be certified is ridiculous. I under stand you want to make money but it is not like you make many applications readily available to purchase. Besides it is very poor customer service. I paid alot of money for that phone i should be able to put my own programs on it. There are many small programs out there that are not certified that i can now not use. My contract is ending soon and this is strongly influencing me to go to a company that will actually let the customer use the phone in the way it was intended now how the provider wants it to be.
Nextel shoud offer a way to decertify the phone for free so the phone can be acually be used.
