I have more than 15 lines with nextel. I get horrible reception on every single one of them. I cannot explain to you how frustrating it is to lose money on a daily basis because customers cant get in touch with us. In order for us to make money we need to be able to be in constant contact with our customers. Nextels coverage area has lost me a ton of money over the years and i just cannot take it anymore.

I feel nextel should let me out of all of my contracts free of any charges because they are unable to give me the coverage that i need, and are being a hinderance to my business.

Interesting complaint, but as the previous commenter has pointed out,
you've had years to know this. If you are losing "a ton of money",
pay the early termination fees and change carriers. If you're
unwilling to do so, you must not be losing that much money.

How many years have you had them and you are just now asking to be let
out of your contract? Your contract must have come up for renewal at
some point, why didn't you cancel then?

Have you considered getting the phones that work on both the Sprint
and Nextel networks? We got some of those for some of our more remote
sites where Nextel coverage was not that good. They work off both
Nextel and Sprint towers.
