New Found Faith in Nextel!

Recently, I made a complaint through Planet Feedback to your company (Nextel), with regards to issues disconnecting one of my phone lines. The initial experience was frustrating from a customer service, billing and contract standpoint.
I was contacted by someone in your corporate office who immediately resolved my issue as originally requested.
While this matter should have been resolved in my first phone call directly to the company, instead of 3 phone calls and one frustrated letter later; I have a new found faith in your company. It is reassuring to know that your company does indeed values it's customers, enough to research and respond to the inquiries sent to you directly.
Thank you Sprint/Nextel for valuing me as a customer and thank you Planet Feedback for giving me a place to have a voice.
