STAY AWAY FROM THE NEXTEL BLACKBERRY DEVICE

I have been a Nextel/Sprint customer since 2001. I now use a Nextel Blackberry 7100, and I have had to replace this unit 5 times at the service center for various problems. The service center has cut me off from replacing and future phones. My phones latest problem is losing the signal (It will show a X) and back to NXTL, and vice versa. Also, I rely on the Blackberry service for my instant email alerts for the fast paced industry I am in, and all this week my email alerts were not coming though. My counterparts that get the same alerts via a Blackberry ATT or Verizon would get their messages, but not my NEXTEL. I called tech support and they stated that this was a network outage and backlog for Blackberry messages and couldn't provide a solution.

I am fed up with Sprint/Nextel and the lack of service you are not providing me with.

I want to either port my number to a Sprint Blackberry with a camera, while adding my BANK corporate 27% off discount. Or if you cant provide this, please let me out of my contract with no fees and credit my last months bill to offset the cost of the phones I had to purchase.

Here is my account # *** so you can look up all of my service issues on file.

I'm not sure why any of your problems would require them to port or
allow you out of your contract.

While your request is very reasonable, unfortunately it is unlikely
Sprint will comply. You should definitely let the FCC know about the
service problems you have had. You can do so here:
