Very Dissatisfied Customer

I have poor service quality. I am always experiencing dropped calls on my phone no matter where I am at the time. Most often I experience this while I'm at home. Another issue I am having is that I've had to replace my phone more than once due to it's poor quality. But the most frustrating issue I am having is that I have had some fraudulent activity on my account where there were additional lines added to my account and I was billed at one point for $22,000 which is ridiculous. I have been speaking with representatives from your company regarding this particular issue on several occasions and I've been advised not to pay anything until this is resolved. Now, my service has been disconnected and I'm still being billed for a balance that is still incorrect. I feel this issue is not being taken seriously by your company and I am very dissatisfied with the service I have receive from Nextel.
I would like all my issues to be resolved and also would like someone to work on correcting my bill to a more accurate amount and my account to be credited for this huge inconvenience. Also, I would like an investigation conducted as to why my bill was allowed to reach an amount of $22,000 due to fraudulent activity.

Your letter reads as something extremely ridiculous. Something like, "Oh, by the way, I was billed $22,000. Please get this taken care of." It's almost as if this comes as no surprise.
If you really were not responsible for these charges, I would have them addressed immediately. Allowing these charges to stay present on your account is the same as accepting their legitimacy. This being the case, get them paid before you run into further credit problems.

Who on Earth did they call?
I don't know much about Nextel, but I wonder if this is something that you need to take up with the FCC or something. A bill like that is a little unbelievable.
Also, it would have helped if you could have included the names of anybody you spoke with there. Just as point of reference so they can more easily figure out who you spoke with and what went wrong.
