Write a Letter to this Company

I have a complaint that I want to bring to your attention. It concerns the exchanges and returns at Nike, Inc., and I hope someone can resolve this. The particular store I'm writing about is located at in Las Vegas Nevada- The Sports Authority.

Here's the problem: I sent back some soccer cleats with a CRACK straight though the middle part of the shoe- totally defective- they sent it back to me stating there was "no defect" with the shoe.

How can I wear somehting like that with a crack straight through the sole, I can't run in them- and I know water would leak all in them. Not to mention they are BRAND New- not even used!!!??

I am very upset and displeased with NIKE- the biggest shoe company in the world- well I doubt I will buy another product again from them!

The return # was: 4894365.

I regularly shop with your company, so I hope you'll be open to my input. In the future, I probably won't do business with your company. Also, I definitely won't recommend your company to others.

Here's how you can help me: I would like the cleats replaced- I paid good money for them and want to have them to use them at least once!
