Credit Department - Great Treatment of Customers!

I had applied for a Nordstrom Credit Card online and got denied due to a couple of blemishes on my credit record. After hearing about how great they are at reconsidering their decision, I wrote to them through Planet Feedback.

Today, less than three weeks after writing, I received my card in the mail.

This is the kind of service that sets Nordstrom apart from its competitors.

They now have one very loyal customer who will not only be glad to do business with them, but will highly recommend them to all friends and family.
