Half yearly sale for men.

I like this letter. It seems polite and to the point. It is a good
way to tell the store of what they could do better.

I think you have a valid complaint (and I like the compliment you
included), but I think it's too vague. I think it'd be more helpful
if you included specifics as to why the selection was disappointing
(brands that were available? amount of clothing included in the sale?
both? other complaints?). Did this happen at just your store (and
which store would that be?), or did you go to multiple stores and
found the selection to be lacking?

At the very least, I hope they contact you to get the specifics. You
seem like a regular shopper and I hope they show you that they value
your opinion.
