Rude MAC Sales Associate at Nordstrom

I just had the rudest MAC Sales Associate at Nordstrom at Westside Pavillion in Los Angeles, CA. serve me. I had a MAC return and I tell him I am returning b/c I think I'm allergic to the ingredients in the lipstick. And he gets all snooty and mean and brings up my info on the screen (since I use my Nordstrom's card for all purchases)and says " well, you've returned eyeshadows before too" And I said " Actually, I've exchanged maybe 3 eyeshadows before." And he gives me the dirtiest look, tells me to sign the return receipt and walks away without a word and without putting the receipt into the cash register. The receipt I signed just falls to the groud. I picked it up and I handed it to another Sales Associate behind the counter and ask her to take it. Now, I have never had such a bad experience and I don't return things very often. I have been a Nordstrom card holder for about 8 years now. This experience makes me NEVER want to shop at a Nordstrom makeup counter again and it makes me want to never want to buy any Mac items ever again. I felt so hurt and insulted that I just had to vent. Thanks for listening & advice is much appreciated!
I would appreciate it if Nordstrom had a complaint box for customers to air their thoughts and experiences about the people who work behind their makeup counters. Also, maybe they should work more closely with MAC in making sure that they are competent and friendly sales associates because MAC SA's are bringing down the good name that Nordstroms has maintained for many years. Thank You :)

Just as an FYI, MAC is a part of parent company Estee Lauder, and in almost EVERY store location, they are a leased department, meaning they "rent" that space from the store owner and run their MAC shop there. They are employees of MAC and not the dept. store itself. As such, I am sure they could care less about your Nordstrom's loyalty, etc. You would have better luck addressing your complaint directly with Estee Lauder, who hires and employees these associates.
