My 74 year old mother-in-law was visiting my house and needed a toner cartridge for her printer. So I took her to the Office Depot store near my house. She lives an hour away from me. Purchased a new wireless router (d-link) for my home use. After hooking it up and talking to their tech support for 2 hours, we determined it would not work with my VOIP service which I bought it for, they reccomended a different brand (which Office Depot doesnt carry).
I tried to return it the same day, with the receipt, wich they refused, they said I could swap it out for the same one...

I made a purchase at your 1329 SE 17ST Fort Lauderdale Fla 33316 on 8/07/09 of Panda Internet Security 2009 soft ware and a few days later I was shopping at a Staple Store and I noticed the same item on display for $10.00 dollars cheaper it was not a sale item at Staple's it was a regular price I was very disappointed.
