I ordered 30 reams of paper on July 15,2009. I was given free next business day delivery. I understood my that because I ordered it Wednesday night it would probably be July 17, 2009 before I would actually receive it. That was fine. It wasn't here on the 17th so I tracked it. I found out the order had been sent back twice. July 20th I checked the order again and found it would be July 21st before I would receive it. I have a business and I needed the paper by July 17th. I had to go to another store and purchase the 30 reams of paper. So I called and canceled the order. I found it they had charged my account so I called them July 22nd and I was told that it would take 5 to 7 days for me to get my refund. This is not fair

When a business states next business day delivery it should not take a week to get the order. When an order is canceled you should not have to call to remind them that they need to refund your money back and it should not take 5 to 7 days for a refund. I own and run a small business and had planned on using office depot for my business needs. Because of this I will not use them. This is just bad business. This is not the first problem that I have had with this company. I will not recommend them.

Did you find out WHY your order had been sent back twice? Did they
attempt delivery and found no one available to accept it, were they
delivering to the wrong address, what??
