I went in to make a copy at the Port Richey, FL store. For some reason it failed to recognize my office depot swipe card. I cancelled it & re-swiped the card. When I got the receipt from the copier it showed that I'd been charged for 2 copies instead of the one I received.
Since I only needed one copy it seems unsettling that I was charged for two. I trust this problem will be rectified so it doesn't occur again. Thank you kindly.
