I ordered a toner cartridge for my business 5/31/12. I expected it here by wed this week.
There is no tracking for it. When I called the agent says it shipped but deosnt know where it is and will arrive sometime in the next 30 days. when asked why there is no trackign I was told that is a personal carrier and they dont use tracking and can therefore not tell me where it is. I was told it was backorderd and it left on june 5th but it would take up to 30 days to get to me even though its left 200 miles away.

I think office max needs to pull its head out of stone-age. and ask who is in logistics and running it that came up with the bright idea that not having tracking on a customer orders is a smart way of doing business in today's on demand smartphone , computer world. I should receive a non purchase required gift card towards something else at office max in a denomination that doesn't belittle my experience and its effect on my business.
