VERY EMBARRASSED

I am ANGER because not only did Old National cause me great embarrassment they cost me 260 of my hard earned dollars! Let me set the mood for you I miscalculated a bill causing my account to bounce $6.29 it happens to the best of us, Not only did Old National charge me a over draft fee of 45.00 they charged me 38.00 a day! Is this a joke NO I wish it was when I called and inquired about said fees they told me that they were not OVER DRAFT fees they were daily charge fees for the account being in the negative,and that when I switch from CITIZENS which is what the bank used to be I opted into to all these FEES! I signed NO papers I had no OPTION in this this was not something I would OPT in to I would have changed banks(which I am currently doing)! Now not only did they charge me all the money (which I PAID) They locked my card and instead of giving me this INFORMATION when I was talking to them on the phone about the fees they figured it would be better for me to find out when I go to get lunch with business associates! The embarrassment was just too much are you kidding me does this company enjoy screwing with others money! I am appalled by the customer care I have received from this company!
I suggest they improve customer CARE!
