We visited the Greensburg, PA Olive Garden on Wednesday, September 16 around 5:45 pm. Our server was a man named Chris.
I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful server he was. Everything he did, from helping us decide on what to order to taking care of our bill was perfect.
This was over and above 5 star service.

On 9/13/2009 we went to the Cary Olive Garden (1314) for dinner. We were seated after a short wait and the waitress came by trying to get us to taste wine. When we indicated we didn't drink wine, she seemed annoyed. We ordered our drinks. She returned with the drinks and took our order. She came with the salad, still seeming a little annoyed. She brought maybe a half bowl for three adults. We...

My fiancee and I rarely have an opportunity to go to lunch together so we decided to stop and have lunch at Olive Garden. When we got there we were completely ignored for twenty minutes. Our waiter was at another table flirting with two young girls. When we finally got his attention he claimed that "he was swamped." He took our order and then did not come back with salad or bread...

We went for lunch at the Concord, NC Olive Garden this past Thursday, July 16yh, 2009 around 11:30am. We had a party of 4 adults and 2 children. Two of the adults are in their upper 80's and the lunch was good, yet the room temperature was terribly cold. It was so cold it made the entire meal uncomfortable, I didn't even want to stay there. It was the coldest I've ever felt at a place I've eaten...
