I placed a ToGo order @ store 1363 this evening and am very dissatisfied with the quality of the food I have received. I ordered the chicken alfredo and @ 14.95 a plate I would like it to be edible when I take it home to eat it, which is not the case tonight. My daughter and 4 close friends got all dressed up to go to Olive Garden in Danbury, CT last night to celebrate one of their 16th birthdays. On January 15, 2010, I went to the Olive Garden on Sunland Park Drive in El Paso, Texas for lunch. I was eating alone and my bill came (it was for $12.12), which I paid and left a tip. Imagine my surprise when I checked my bank account online and discovered that I had been charged for both my meal, and another customer's bill for nearly $40.00.

Olive Garden has been a favorite of ours since opening..Food has been very well prepared & resonably priced,however this past Sunday was a real disapointment.
I ordered the Short Ribs & was totally disapointed.Ribs were mush, sauce was over powering & the rice over seasoned tasted very salty.If I were managing this store I would remove it from the menu..

We visited the Greensburg, PA Olive Garden on Wednesday, September 16 around 5:45 pm. Our server was a man named Chris.
I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful server he was. Everything he did, from helping us decide on what to order to taking care of our bill was perfect.
This was over and above 5 star service.
