if it were a complaint) on Olive Garden's website.

They will email you back in 48 hours and let you know that they have
contacted the DM of the restaurant and appreciate the feedback.

lot. We always get GREAT service when we go. I'm glad to hear that
it is the company and not just our location.

I visited an Olive Garden when my family was in Flordia last year, and
it was one of the best chains I have ever eaten at. I truly wish there
was more of them in Canada.

Great Letter! Always nice to let a company know when any employee
meets or exceeds your expectations and that it will result in repeat
business. Especially in the food business where the people on the
front lines are the ones who make or break the overall experience.
