Very Pleased with Olive Garden's Staff

My family took me out to the Cleveland, TN Olive Garden for my birthday on Friday March 30. When the waitress brought our entrees out, two of our orders were wrong. I ordered chicken alfredo, but was brought chicken parmesan, and my uncle ordered the steak toscana and was brought the parmesan crusted steak. The waitress politely apologized and went back to figure out what happened with our order.
A few moments later, the manager came out and told us there was a miscommunication and that our food would be right out. He also told us that our two meals would be free and that I could also choose a free dessert of my choice for my birthday. Talk about great customer service! :) In less than 10 minutes we had our food and it was delicious.
I'm not sure if the mistake with our orders was the waitress's fault or not, but she was very nice about it handled the situation professionally. I will definitely be visiting this Olive Garden again and I'll be sure to let everyone know about the wonderful experience I had.
