Olympic Group in Egypt- Their Service is DISGUSTING

To whom this may concern if anyone even cares at Olympic Group:

I am not sure how to start.
I am still in a state of disbeleief that in 2012 this level of incompetency exists anywhere, let alone in Egypt. Apparently it does.
All I wanted was to trade in my old 18ft. refrigerator with a new one. So, I duly called up the call center 19999 and placed my order. I would like to trade in my old fridge for a new "Elegance" 18ft Fridge. The call center agent informed me that only the Gold color is available in stock and so I took it.

Since I requested the delivery at the North Coast, he informed me that delivery will be on Monday June 25th and I agreed.

Today is Monday and I started my day by calling the call center who confirmed that my order has left their warehouse and is on its way. He further informed me that it should be there at my address between 1-2 hours. That was 11 am this morning. At approx. 2pm I called again and was informed that they are on the way. By 6pm when nobody arrived or called, I called a third time. They confirmed that the fridge will definitely have arrived before 9pm today, and of course, profuse apologies for this delay.

At 9pm, nothing came, nobody called so I called and to my surprise the gentleman that answered advised that this fridge was never available in stock to begin with! Moreover, there is nothing they can do for me.

Frankly I find this revolting and outright disgusting, let alone disrespectful and wrong. What on earth do they think they are doing. What they do not seem to realize is that there are many options out there. Refrigerators are available and all I will do is buy another refrigerator.

But what I will also do is never buy from Olympic Group anything ever again. I will tell all my friends, publish it on every available social media channel.

So bottom line, I ended up wasting a day but my problem will be solved tomorrow when decent refrigerator sellers open their doors for business. What they have lost is me and my immediate circle and possibly everyone else who doesn't want this hassle.

Olympic Group's service is disgusting, nobody cares and I will not buy from there again.
