It's The End Of The Year As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)

Well, my fellow Feedbackers, we're about to reach the end of yet another year.

And what a year it's been, eh?

Your old favorite feedback site has morphed into your new favorite feedback site. In the upcoming year, we will morph yet again into your new favorite trendsetting feedback site! The great news is further improvements will be done with no interruptions so you'll be able to feedback to your heart's delight even as the site around you gets better and better!

I've always said that PlanetFeedback is, by far, the best in class of all feedback sites. That is illustrated by the fact that so many users hung in through the remodel process and jumped back on board as soon as we "reopened for business". We have you, the users, to thank for our elevated status.

After all, the very backbone of PlanetFeedback is the letters you folks write. Sure, there are some letters that push the boundary of anyone's definition of "useful feedback". Still, the vast majority of letters sent through PlanetFeedback are coherent, definitive, informative and, dare I say it...helpful! Especially to companies who want and NEED to hear the feedback our users provide. To this point, we are currently working on a model which will make it easier for businesses to participate directly within PFB's forums...especially when responding to feedback.

Your ideas and suggestions are a huge part of our success. Keep em coming! Even if you don't see immediate changes, rest assured we're working hard behind the scenes on most, if not all, of them. Of course, some are a bit beyond our capabilities such as the request for more Playboy Bunnies in the PlanetFeedback corporate lunchroom. Sorry, Aaron, we just couldnt close the deal with Heff!

Because shared letters are such a huge part of PFB's attraction, we want to continue an old PFB tradition...The Golden Megaphone Awards. From now until the end of the year, scour the site for all your favorite letters and send me the links. I'll combine them with a few of my own and I'll showcase the results in my first column of the new year!

I know some PFB users don't always agree with my...er...words of wisdom so I jump at the opportunity to engage in some productive dialogue. Who knows? Perhaps you could get me to change my mind although, according to my ex-wife, that isnt likely to happen.

I can not remember the password given to me by the website. It is just random numbers and letters. So every time I want to send a letter or post a comment I have to go into my email and copy the password from the email I have saved and then come back and paste it when I log in. Am I missing something that would allow me to change the password or that would remember my password? It is just getting frustrating. I have used your site for a long time and so has many of my friends. It was a great way of filing your complaints to business for bacd service ect. NOW it has changed to where it is not a place to read of others compalints so you avoid that business ect it not allows sick folks who have no life to come and attack others for their complants. I have read some of these letters and it is sicking! People using this site to talk nasty to folks, call them names and tell them so what ect. Boy PLANET FEEDBACK WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GOOD REASON FOR THSI SITE?? It is just anothe sick blog, aol chat room, yahoo forum ect. Bad and sham on you!
