I placed a to go order for pick up at an Outback steakhouse in Greensboro NC. I picked up the order and paid, the service was friendly. I arrive home, which is a 30 minute drive away, and as I am parking I get a call from Outback and the server informs me I was given the wrong order would I come back to get the correct order, it would all be remade fresh. So I ask if they will do anything for...

Last tuesday my family of 4 went to outback as we have done many times. Up until that visit we have already enjoyed ourselves and the food. Since the entire complaint deals with my wife I will deal with that incident only. My wife ordered the 9oz outback special. After about a 25 minute wait the waitress brought out our food but failed to have anything for my wife. After asking if we have a...

Went to Outback Steakhouse for my fathers' birthday. We were initially greeted by a very friendly host. After that we were seated, and then it started.
1. Our order took over 30 minutes to arrive, which is very rare, and must say a 1st a Outback.
2. When our food arrived, it was the wrong order, it then took an additonal 15 minutes. Just to make the matter more pleasant, the waiter had a...

Short and sweet. For the prices you pay at Outback, the portions they give you are insulting. It is a shame to leave a restaurant feeling hungry and paying outrageous prices. I will not be returning.
Increasing your portions based on price would be a good start.

We spent $88.38 after tip ($78.38 on the bill). My husband ordered the porterhouse, and I ordered the tenderloin and stuffed shrimp combo. We both ordered half pound of crab legs to eat there, and as we usually do, take the rest home and eat later. The crab legs were sort of rubbery, but not bad enough to complain about. We came home watched some tv and warmed up our food, only to find that the...
