HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went to Outback Steakhouse for my fathers' birthday. We were initially greeted by a very friendly host. After that we were seated, and then it started.
1. Our order took over 30 minutes to arrive, which is very rare, and must say a 1st a Outback.
2. When our food arrived, it was the wrong order, it then took an additonal 15 minutes. Just to make the matter more pleasant, the waiter had a horrible attitude, and acted like he was doing us a favor.
3. When our arrived, and the food was cold, we didn't want to stress out, so simply had a few bites, and then asked for the check. The waiter had the audacity to say, after all the trouble, you're not even going to eat??
4. Asked him to call the manager, he said, if you want to speak to a manager call them yourself....DID I LEAVE A TIP?? NO...

an apology for dad's birthday would be a start. For a regular customer, I'm startled at this matter, I have to admit that if I do not receive a response from Outback will never go back to any of their establishments.

If this is true, that person should be retrained. No matter how poor
your interaction with the server, he should have gotten a manager.

I gave up on Outback several months ago, and I am much happier not
receiving lousy food and service.

Outback is the Mc Donalds of steakhouses, which means there are much
better places to go.

I have always had good luck at Souper Salad!

Good Day
