unacceptable experience

We went out for my husbands birthday. My six year old daughter was craving a steak so we decided Outback Steakhouse. To make a long story short my husbands (well) steak had to be sent back twice. My daughters Joey sirloin had to be sent back FOUR times. The experience was unacceptable. I have never done this before..and in the past worked for Brinker for 10 years. This was a very bad experience and we will never go back.

We would only go back to a different location..a gift card.

I'm astonished that a 6 year old ever been to Outback, much less "has
a craving" for it. I would think Outback isn't quite child friendly,

always offered compensation or correction of the problem on the spot.
What did the manager say when you complained?

You want a gift card. Okay. Did you talk to the manager about your
experience? I bet he/she would have comped most or all of your meal
if the steaks were repeatedly prepared incorrectly.

What was wrong with the steaks? How were they prepared incorrectly?

Yeah, I know, waitstaff probably should summon the manager without
being asked when something has been screwed up over and over, but that
rarely happens.
