DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I went to Panera Bread on Thursday, July 7th at approximately 8pm. I ordered the Steak and Cheese Panini (whole sandwhich) and a whole Classic Cafe Salad. ...or what I thought was a Steak and Cheese Panini and a salad. When I started eating the "Steak and Cheese Panini", it tasted like ROAST BEEF!! It was DISGUSTING!! I told the girl preparing the food that I did not like my sandwhich. She said that she'd have to get the manager. She asked what it was that I was looking for. I told her that I juts wanted to get something else like the Broccoli and Cheddar Cheese soup in a bread bowl. She complied and gave that to me instead. Well, the soup was clumpy and cool. It was thickened and seemed like it had been there for a long time and was NOT fresh. I was EXTREMELY dispapointed with my experience at Panera Bread. I usually have a great experience there so I was extremely disappointed. All I wanted was a decent meal. I did not get that. The salad had rotten cucumbers in it.

I would like it if Panera Bread reimbursed me for the poor quality meal that I ordered (Steak and Cheese Panini (whole sandwhich) and Classic Cafe Salad (whole salad).

seems like last week was a bad week for you to eat out. maybe you
should go to restaurants earlier so you don't get cold food.

i'm not sure if they can compensate you for food you've already eaten,
especially since they already gave you more food in compensation
already.

the place and time to get money back is when you're there at the
establishment... after you've digested the meal it will be hard to
prove it was bad and not buyers (or rather diner's) remorse

yes, making them aware sure, but after you've digested the meal a refund is almost impossible to get by PepperElf Mon July 11, 2011 @ 6:34 AM
