Tonight, for the first time, I used your online order system.

Initially, I planned on using the website just to browse the menu, and was annoyed that it took so much to register. After all, I was just going to browse the menu.

I was pleased, once I completed the registration, with how painless the online order process was. I've used other services before, and therefore had some idea what to expect.

After I ordered, entered my credit card and confirmed my order, I took a screen shot of my confirmation screen. I wanted to be prepared in case something 'happened'.

To my very pleasant surprise, the whole thing went off without a hitch. I received my confirmation email, which stated my delivery time. The pizza arrived almost exactly when it was due. The delivery man was courteous, and our food was exactly as ordered. Furthermore, our food was delicious.

If it is always this easy, we will be using your online order system again soon.
