worst papa johns experience ever

I had just moved to point pleasant from brick and always ordered from the location in brick and was always treated with respect and kindness and they were always overachieving my every expectation. Now I had to order from a different location and the service is horrible I got hung up on 4 times by the manager because be couldn't understand what I was saying and i couldn't understand him (he was Indian I think) all I asked was can you please double cut my pizza. So time goes by I order again and 2 of my 3 pizzas are uncut and had onions on them and i ordered no onions they offer my 50% off my best order so i order it comes to 35.56 they charge me at my door 24.27 I have no idea how they came to that and i didn't want to make a scene in front of the delivery guy so i just paid. Then I place an order for delivery onlineand it never comes I called no response and it charged me now it's the 2nd day and they are still not answering calls. I love the store on Hooper Ave in brick but I hate the one on 88 please help.

Get new ownership in this store better coustoner experience and a chance to speak to someone who can do something or reassure be that this won't happen again and not from the store. And my pizzas that I ordered and never came.
