Lazy and Rude

I bought ticket through stubhub.com with paypal, stubhub.com says it will use your default payment method. which for me is bill me later. Later found out Stubhub doesnt take that, which is fine. I called Paypal to get help, and figure out what to do as the money came out of my checking account in which I already have checks out for the balance taken. Paypal was of no help, told me I would have to talk to stubhub asked the rep to then do a call with stubhub so that we could get it taken care of right away. Was told they wouldnt do that... So I called Stubhub, who instantly refunded my money and gave me $50.00 off of the ticket price for the inconvience. I called paypal back to get the refund taken care of and pushed through. I was told first it wont be refunded to your checking it will go to your paypal balance in 3-5 days.. you will then have to transfer back to checking (at my bank another 3-5 bus days). They would do nothing to even try to get the transaction pushed through to credit my paypal so I can get the bank process started. They were rude, completely unhelpful and simply just kept saying they could do nothing. Never even tried to figure out if they could, never checked to see what could be done. Just said nothing could be done. When I asked then who was going to pay my return check fees they said we arent responsible for those, even though them taking another 5 days to refund money that could simply be credited and wait for refund from stub hub, its not like they dont have my checking account that if it doesnt come they couldnt later take or bill to my bill me later. They will do nothing.. so here I sit, almost $300 short, and no help because they will do nothing.

Realistically I would like them to credit my money back to my checking accont today. Knowing that isnt possible I would like them to fund my paypal account in the amount of the return so I can at least transfer it to my bank ASAP.

I think you do not know what the definition of "rude" is. It is NOT
"did not provide the answer that would make me happy."

It takes the paypal a day or two just to verify the money is in your
account to begin with. It looks instantaious but its not.

So they cant stop it once it begins. And then it will take 2-3 days
to move it from paypal to your bank.

You should have read each page before clicking through. There is no
"bill me later" from stub hub. It even says very clearly when you use
the paypal option that these funds will be deducted from your account
when you click finalize (or submit or done cant remember which).
