BEHIND ON BILL/1 unemployed person in household.1 working person doing all bills, rent,food utilities,insurances,gas for car,there just is not any extra.BY a stroke of luck i was able to get some money that was owed to me,the problem is do i pay my rent which is late or my utilities? I paid my electric and gas by cash ,today 8/17/2010 it was verified by phone that the payment was done,why must we go through so much to have the service turned on again.This process was done before 3pm eastern time.so why the 24-72 hours? (WAIT)yes I have medical issues,my husband is diabetic call his doctors office to see if he could call the utility company and verify my husband is diabetic? doctor not in left message/ WHAT doctor in his right mind will stay on the line with a utility company?THERE SHOULD BE A BETTER WAY WHEN FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE
PLEASE EXPEDITE AND TURNED MY ELECTRIC BACK ON.before the 24-72 hours wait/ I WILL HAVE TONS OF FOOD SPOILAGE,WHICH THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE ME FOR. thank you
