I have had good experiences with your company in the past, but the last 24 Pack of pepsi I bought at K-Mart hat a pepsi that was exploded and there were many that did not have any carbazitaion to it. The pop was flat. I do not like to buy a Flat product!!! This numbers might help you determin the Batch .. The numbers on the can are (AUG 21 06 ************ ) The date and number printed on the box is (Aug 21 06 ********** )
based on my prior experiences with you company, I would like some sort of refund weather it is a coupon or it is a check for this product.

You could not tell from the out side of the box that there were a problem. I did write a letter to K-mart too, but it was a suggestion, and I did not make it public.

Can't quite understand one part of this letter. If you bought a 24-pk. of Pepsi that 'hat a pepsi that was exploded', why did you purchase something that was clearly defective? Wasn't there a 24-pk. available where all the cans were intact?

Zach...do you even READ these letters?
First off...I LOVE Pepsi. Well, Diet Pepsi. But I have all but quit buying it because it is going flat about 2 minutes after it is opened. I have noticed this with the cans and with the two liters, when you open them, they fizz so much that the carbonation is completely gone before you even get one sip. And that is room temperature and they have not been shaken.
However, I think this is an issue that should have been taken up with K-Mart. I realize that taking the product back after opening them isnt an option but it should have been returned the minute you found a can that had exploded.
I hope that just for good will Pepsi does something but I doubt they will. Maybe this letter should be re-written, run through a spell checker, and sent to K-Mart as well.

If you put the pepsi in the freezer to cool them they explode, if that's what you did that's why it happened. Also if you put pepsi or coke in a glass and put the glass in the freezer the glass breaks. If that is what happened they won't give you your money back, but if it exploded because they did not make it properly then well then you will not get your money back, but becareful if you put it in the freezer if you try to open the can it will explode, it happened to me once, i put the can in the freezer, i forgot about it, and when I went to open it the can exploded and cut my hand and I needed 13 stitches.
If the pop was flat well maybe that case was not right. I never had a problem with flat pop before.
