My pepsi tasted like it had to much carbonation and was not sweet.

Hmmm.
By the same token, I'll write a similar letter to my bank...
Dear Bank Of America,
My account is pitifully low and I want to buy some stuff.
Gimme some money.
(Now all I have to do is sit back and watch the cash just roll on in!)

Dear Rebecca,
After reviewing the details of your complaint, our suggestion is to gently swirl the pepsi from side to side, in a counterclockwise direction with one hand, while adding four to six tablespoons of cane sugar or karo syrup until the carbonation supsides and the sweetening agent fully dissolve into the liquid. This process accomplishes three things, 1)it lessens the carbonation and possible side effects (burping, acid reflux, bloating and excess gas) 2) Adds that "sugar rush" which gives you a burst of excess energy and tastes great and, finally, 3)A good form of semi aerobic exercize which helps burn off calories, improves hand- eye co-ordination and helps stop carpal tunnel syndrome from typing a sentance or two on a qwerty keyboard which is torture to use.
The pepsi team

Uh huh.
So was this Pepsi in individual containers, or was it from a fountain?
When and where?
What did you do when you tasted the Pepsi?
If I were the one handling this letter, I would just throw it out. You can't be bothered to explain what happened; if they ignore you you'll probably go away.
Of course, even with a better letter, I'd turn you down if it were up to me.
