Peter Piper Pizza Has New Fans!

Posted Sun April 6, 2008 12:00 pm, by Barbara T. written to Peter Piper Pizza

Write a Letter to this Company

Yesterday, my three children and I (ages 12, 8, and 4) decided to visit your location on Firewheel Parkway in North Garland. We have never been to Peter Piper before, but this was a new store in our neighborhood so we decided to check it out.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish!

The restaurant was very clean and bright. Our order was taken by Courtney, who was extremely cheerful and friendly. Our pizza was ready in just a few minutes and tasted delicious.

I bought 100 game tokens for $20, which was a very good value. The games were all in working condition, and the one time my son's token got stuck in a machine, an attendant quickly came to resolve the problem. My kids were thrilled with the amount of tickets they won at the games, and with the surprisingly good selection of prizes available when it was time to turn our tickets in.

With three kids, I've visited my fair share of these entertainment/food places. Our experience at your store was by far the best we've had. In the words of my 8 year old son; "this is way better than Chuck E. Cheese."

On every level; cleanliness, friendliness of staff, quality of food and quality of entertainment, you have surpassed your competitors.

Great job! We plan to visit you often.

I went there today. It was nice and clean. There are plenty of
tables -- especially long tables for big groups. The game area is
very small, but winning tickets seemed much easier and faster. There
is no attendant to check if children leaving belong to the
accompanying adult.

Great letter!

It's nice to hear they have nicely run places for children to enjoy
and the parents get to be happy also!

I'm so glad you have such a great alternative to Chuck E Cheese. I
fear the day when I have children and they see those stupid comercials
and make me take them to that henious venue.

Great letter!

Great letter! I think this letter deserves to be on the main page. I
like the 8 year old's quote!

Barbara T.,

Sounds like a home run to me.

On the chance that you letter might take a while to get to the store
from corporate I might suggest that you a copy to the attention of the
store manager.

Again, Great job letting them know.
