This compliment is very late, over a year. I needed to replace a part for a Petmate automatic waterer. Unable to locate the component in the pet stores, I contacted Petmate on their website. They sent out the replacement part without charging me, not even for shipping! I am also happy with the automatic waterer (with resevoir). I have owned this for over three years without problems, except for the part that was replaced. I wish other manufactors/businesses would emulate their customer service!
