I noticed that Pizza Hut came out with the new "Crazy Crust" pizza. I grew up eating pizza from Pizza Hut in Kansas in the 1970's and 80's.
Unfortunately, your current pizza's as compared to those in the past, cannot be called pizza. Instead of trying gimmicks to gain customers, give quality.
The crust in the 70's and 80's was delicious, whereas, the crust now is like eating shoe...

Dear Pizza Hut,
I went to your Rhinelander, WI restaurant with friends for lunch. However, when I got to the door we saw your NO FIREARMS sign. I convinced my friends to get back in the car and go to one of your competitors for lunch. My office no longer orders Pizza Hut for delivery, we use Dominos.

I ordered food on February 3 from the Pizza Hut on South Boulevard in Charlotte. This is the second time they did not bring part of my food order. I called the store to be told they would issue a credit. I asked that they refund my money, at which time the manager, Warren, got on the phone. He informed me I would have to go to their store. I said it was odd that I didn't have to go there for them...

few weeks ago i ordered 4 pizzas for a birthday party and besides being treated rude the pizzas were awful nasty greasy i called back down there was told i could have another 2 but refused to deliver my total wait time was close to 2 hrs and the 2nd batch was worse than 1st batch. i had house full people and no pizza i had to go to pizza ranch. I was very upset and didnt even recieve an apology....
