I ordered a Pizza by phone to pick up at Pizza Huts drive thru window. It was dark out and didn't feel the need to check the contents. When I got home the pizza was BURNED not a little but BLACK!

I called the uninterested manager and she explained the power flickered and several pizzas were burnt. Can you believe it they knew this and sent them out anyway!?

They should check all pizzas...

I order a pizza, I called them one half hour after pizza was to be delivered to inquire about my order and I talked to a rude alleged manager. She was condescending and tells me driver could not find my address. i think that pizza hut should make pizzas with a stuffed crust with the same pizza toppings that you have on your pizza . so basicly its like another pizza in your crust . or you could change up the toppings in the crust and have a whole other pizza in the crust everything would just have to be smaller . if you did this im sure you would get alot more costumers because the crust isnt everyones...

I have just now gotten time to address the bad experience i had when ordering from Pizza Hut of Boone on Saturday, October 22. I ordered 2 pizzas. 1 did not have the pepperoni i ordered on it(it does show on my receipt that the person taking the order did enter it correctly),and both were of poor quality with large areas on the edge that had sauce,but no toppings.

Please replace the pizzas or...
