Horrible service multiple times

I had ordered the 2 pizza deal with a 2 liter and 2 orders of breadsticks, as well as another pizza and wings. When I went in to pick up my order the cashier, Jessica, handed me 2 pizza's and my wings then tried to send me on my way. When I brought it to her attention she acted like she didn't know what the order was. After I had explained my order again, she handed me to 2 liters and tried to send me on my way again. After bringing it to her attention again...she got my third pizza and 1 order of breadsticks. I was exhausted by this point and didn't feel like asking for my 2nd order of breadsticks and left. This has happened multiple times at this location, I understand people get busy and may miss one thing or another. But, this time I had to complain. Most of the time I order from this store when I go in it seems very unorganized and many times I have seen the employees arguing in front of me and other customers. I love the pizza, but never the experience.
I would like to see better training and better customer service. More organization when coming in to pick up an order and for each and every order to be double checked before the customer is sent home. I have heard from several friends that they have had the same experience.
