Pizza Mia's a huge disappointment!

Over the weekend, I decided to try the Pizza Mia. I ordered four of these pizzas, two pepperoni, one Italian sausage, and one cheese pizza. These pizzas were not good at all. The crust was cardboard-ish, not at all like Pizza Hut's normal crust. There was very little cheese on any of the pizzas. They were just not good at all. A big disappointment, since I normally LOVE Pizza Hut pizza.
I would like a refund.

They don't value your opinion, they want you to buy more. If you hated something, but kept buying it, the company would be more than content.
Sorry, unless a food item is incorrect, prepared wrong, or definetly bad, (i.e. a steak that is all fat) you don't get your money back. You don't get a refund just because you don't like something. And just because you have in that past, doesn't make it right.

You should get reimbursed. Anytime that I'm not satisfied with a product, I write to them via the web and let them know specifically what I did not like about it, where I purchased it, whether I've been a long time customer, and how much I paid. I have never not been reimbursed. In fact, many companies send me double or triple coupons because they value my opinion.

It is interesting that one person, by my count, likes Pizza Mia, and everyone else says the product pretty much isn't fit for the light of day. I wonder if they had better results when they tested the product.

I'm sorry, it is simply not realistic to expect a refund on a food choice you do not care for.
A few days ago, I bought a Lean Cuisine Panini in a flavor I dont usually have, and decided I did not care for it.
My solution? Offer the chicken and veggies from the sandwich to the cats (who also refused it) and have some soup instead.
I did not for one second consider contacting Stouffers and asking for a refund. Stouffers, just like Pizza Hut, did nothing wrong.
There was no ta defect in your pizza any more than there was a defect in my sandwich. Neither one of us cared for our choices, simple as that. Live and learn.
Kinda reminds me of an incident that occurred when I was a teenager. My little brother did not care for what my mother made for dinner, and made his opinion known.
My mother, in typical parental style, reminded my brother there are children starving in third world countried who would love to have his dinner. My brother deadpanned: Well, we could FedEx it to them.....
He didnt sit down comfortably for a few days.

Nice try, maybe you will get a refund, who knows?
Those pizzas are sooooo gross! They taste like the totinos or mama celeste crap you microwave. I was at a satellite pizza hut(at a retail discount store) and the pizza was AWESOME! Of course they were'nt of the Pizza Mia variety thank goodness. ICK ICK ICK!!! The one specialty i love from there is the Pazzone calzone type thing....I wish they would add that permanently to the menu.

They do suck.
I was surprised that in addition to the "Donato's-ish" crust, the sauce was very acidic with a weird after taste - not at all like what I've had on the traditional pizzas.
I'm with the others, it seems pointless to introduce a pizza at a well known and respected chain that is WORSE than grocery store pizza, even if it is cheap!

Pizzs Mia's are disgusting! I like the 5 dollar pizzas from Little Ceaser's better than those!! I would NEVER order them and was glad that when I tried them, I hadnt actually bought them myself.
But, alas, I dont think you deserve a refund. If we all got refunds for things we didnt like, every business would go belly up.

I agree, I love Pizza, but these pizzas are worse than any frozen pizza I have ever had. They were on par with Buffet style Pizza(which is not a compliment) and Im talking about the Gas Station "Buffet Style" Pizza. You dont deserve a refund however because you did get what was advertised. I ordered 3 of the Mia Pizzas once and have never ordered them again.

I'm sorry you didn't like the pizza, but I don't think you're entitled to a refund. Pizza Hut didn't do anything wrong with your order - you simply found it wasn't to your taste. Chalk it up to experience, and maybe next time just get ONE of something if you haven't had it before and aren't sure you'll like. ;)

Ugh, Pizza Mia's are pretty bad. I dont like the taste of the sauce, it is sort of sweet.
The pizzas are made to be cheap, thus the reason for the less cheese on it.
Good Day

I've heard they're not that good from others who've tried it, I just don't know what they're thinking. Putting "stamped" crusts on the menu at a special price is kind of counterproductive. What makes Pizza Hut good is their crust more than any of their toppings.
I also think a refund is in order either, even bad pizza is better than no pizza, as long as it was edible.

When I try new stuff, and I don't like it, I make a mental note to not buy it again. However, I never expect a refund. I guess everyone is different. Good luck.

I haven't had pizza in a decade or more (lactose intolerant -- no lactaid doesn't work for me). However, when I saw these pizza on TV, I half considered the pain to try one. Something about the sauce made it look good.
Glad I didn't, if they are this bad.

I agree that the Pizza Mia pizzas are horrible.
It's actually quite funny...there are two major frozen pizza brands (Freschetta and DiGiorno) that spend a lot of time and money trying to convince consumers that their frozen pizzas taste like those made by chains like Pizza Hut.
And here comes Pizza Hut with a pizza that has the same look and taste as one of those frozen pizzas. You dont normally see pizza chains working backwards toward the frozen guys.
