Terribly bad experience

I placed my order through the Pizza Hut website. I have had several problems with this before (my order has not gone through multiple times, and my card has been double charged once) but have been told that the location that delivers to my address will only accept online orders. The order was incorrect due to an apparent glitch in the system, it substituted extra cheese and removed the peppers from my pizza, which I did not want. Also, the toppings barely cover 2/3 of the pizza, the crust makes up about three inches of each slice. I also received hot wings instead of mild (which I can't eat because I have an ulcer), and ranch instead of blue cheese (which is apparently due to the fact that this store does not carry blue cheese, which was not mentioned anywhere).
When I called and spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and insisted that because the order was placed online, it was my own fault and there was nothing they could do. After a great deal of arguing, he told me the best he could do was give me the amount of the wings toward my next order, despite the fact that I can only consume about 50% of the one I paid for today. In addition, I tried to post a complaint on the Pizza Hut site, and that page has errors that prevent me from submitting my problem. Shocking.
I want my money back for this only partially edible meal, I am stuck with things that I can't eat and a pizza that was made very poorly and incorrectly. I have had problems with this location nearly every time I have gone there and am at the point that I would rather go to a place I like less than deal with spending twice as much as I should for food that is sub-par and barely edible.

I've never had problems with the online website, but there is probably an issue. I find it ridiculous that you can't call in your order. How hard is it to pick up the phone and take an order? Maybe you should find another place and just pick up your pizzas instead of relying on delivery. I also know that the online thing allows you to just pay with cash when the pizza is delivered. Just select that and refuse to pay for the pizza if it isn't delivered correctly.

Why should she have to make her own pizza when Pizza Hut is in the pizza business. Man... the bank screwed up, I should just keep my money under my mattress. Geeze, the doctor misdiagnosed me. I should look up all my symptoms online and treat myself... Seriously, she wanted to order pizza and wings, she should get them right. There could be many reasons she continuously orders from Pizza Hut. One of which could be that there isn't another pizza place around that delivers.
On the rare occasion that I order pizza, I order it online and they always screw it up. Whether it is a computer glitch or someone not reading the printout properly, idk but without a doubt, they mess it up. Honestly, before they began doing online, they messed it up when I called it in as well. I keep going back because they are happy to fix their mistake whether is simply to remake the food or to reimburse my money. And they usually give me the screwed up pizza on top of whatever they do to fix it (which I never ask for or expect). It is called customer service.

I know the crust isn't as good on home-made, but you can get what you want without dealing with Pizza Hut. This chain incidentally was run out of town on a rail by locally owned pizza joints here. MYO is pretty easy - doctor up some spaghetti sauce, add the amount of cheese you like, toss on random toppings and slide the whole thing into the oven. I put corn meal between my crust and the pan. You can even do it on a gas grill, if you have one handy.

what was on the receipt? Did you double check the order before you sent?
Websites dont "glitch" they are programmed to do certain things when you make certain decisions.
As for the pizza, you should have requested they send out another one and replace the one you got. Same with the wings (if you had the reciept showing you paid for mild and got hot). Also if you do have an ulcer you shouldnt be eating even mild wings. Even the mild'est of the sauces will make the condition worse.

It seems to me you are rewarding Pizza Hut for having an online ordering system that doesn't meet your needs, and a store that sucks.
Why? Is the food that "good"? The last time I was at Pizza Hut was in 1996, and it sucked so badly I haven't been back. Maybe they have improved their offerings since then, but it is questionable from this letter.
Why not mix up some tasty Tofu pizza at home? It would save gas and aggravation.

If you had several problems before, why do you keep returning?
Good Day
