Online Ordering in My Neighborhood! Or Maybe Not.

How can I order online for delivery to my address?

This afternoon, some young men walked up our street in Methuen MA hanging Pizza Hut flyers on the front doors of all the houses. The flyer says that online ordered delivery is now available in our neighborhood and that we can go to pizzahut.com to place orders.

However, when I go to your website as instructed and type in my address, I get an error message that reads "We were not able to match a store for online ordering delivery service with the address provided."

I tried to contact you through your website, but your form for doing so appears to be incompatible with my browser.

Can anyone help?

This sounds like a real pain to do, I sometimes like to do business
online instead of talking to a real person b/c I get tongue-tied for
some reason and I look like a fool! Anyway, this reminds me when we
were on vacation in Florida and people came in and stuck pizza
coupons/flyers under all the doors in the hotel. (when we checked in,
there were 4 right there on the floor!)

One flyer had all these specials and photos of all this italian food
and nowhere on it was an address or phone number! It was pretty
humorous!

the maps some online places use are ancient....I live in Brick NJ, Not
going to say WHAT road...but the maps have my home as being located in
Osbornville, Mantoloking, among others. I get really confused when a
customer service rep says...so this is going to (insert adress) in
osbornville, NJ? *face palm*

How did I know this letter was about Pizza Hut before I even looked at
it? Because their online ordering sucks, that's why.

Our address is in their database, but it was taking me so long to
input the order that finally I gave up and called them. The total call
took three minutes.

I think Pizaa Hut has problems.

Most of these places use a public utility database to obtain address
information. If you are having a problem try inputting your address
exactly as it appears on your phone or electric bill.

I tried that...... by CrazyRedHead Wed January 28, 2009 @ 9:14 AM

Try calling them. I had the same problem with inputting my address,
it couldn't find me, and I only live about 5 minutes from them. I also
couldn't get any response through email on there site and I emailed
them about 20 times before I gave up. My address had to be put in in
a particular way to work. I called them and they told me how to put
it in and online ordering has been working for the past year. I know
I am lazy but I tip good.

I have never been able to use Pizza Hut online ordering. There online
form claims my address does not exist, even though my place was built
in 1985.

To further complicate the issue, there is a Pizza Hut at the end of
my street, with an address ON my street, less than three blocks away

I have called and written more than once about this issue, always to
receive a canned apology but no solution.

I prefer to order online, so if there is an issue, I can refer to the
online order. One of the many reasons Papa Johns gets my business.

That is the most complicated "Contact Us" form I have ever seen. It
must require Flash or Java or something high brow, because it is what
you would call "fetaure rich". It is also as slow as Moses, and
overkill - this is Pizza Hut we are taking about. How about just a
simple text box?

That's a shame. I hope they respond.

Here is an idea: try calling 1-800-948-8488 and see if you can speak
with someone. Good luck.
