Add more bread sticks!!

To Whom It May Concern

My wife and I are big fans of Pizza Hut, and we order from your restaurant on a regular basis ( at least 2-3 times a month) We both love to order cinna sticks and bread sticks along w/ our pizza. However, the problem arises that we often cannot eat our entire pizza and so we like to have a little leftovers for the following days. Included in that, we like to have more bread sticks and cinna sticks. There are only four bread sticks in each "single serving" box, so we are often forced to order two boxes. However, in the cinna sticks box, there are ample amounts of those, so we only need to order one box. It is our suggestion that based on the $2.50 per box for four bread sticks, that you increase the amount of sticks, to say 6 sticks. There are many different pizza chains that offer bread sticks at a cheaper price but include more bread sticks. We would love to see our favorite chain "beef up" the boxes of bread sticks in the future.

The Olive Garden gives you unlimited breadsticks for free. So, maybe
you should write to Pizza Hut asking them to start giving away
breadsticks, since other places do THAT.

Seriously, it's fine to give feedback on pricing. A big chain like
this, however, is well aware of what others are charging. They will
adjust their prices if they are finding that people aren't buying
them.

if you knew what they did with your breadsticks...you wouldn't be
asking for more.

I thought for a minute that this was another letter written by Diane
M. complaining about her "ruined cinnamon stick eating experience".

Every Pizza Hut that I've ever been to has one price for a single size
order of breadsticks (typically 5) and then a second price for the
family size order of breadsticks (typically 10).

I think "single serving" says it all. How many people eat more than
four unless you are sharing them. I find them to be more of a side
dish and four sticks is large portion IMO. Maybe what you want is a
supersize type addition or even for it to be sold by weight since you
say the cinna sticks have more?

I would also love it if Reeses cups came with 3 cups instead of 2. I
hate having to buy the king size.

Thank you

I'm with the last person. I guess it doesn't hurt to put in your 2
cents, but ordering 2 boxes of bread sticks solves your problem. I
don't know of any chain pizza restaurant that carries bread sticks
that are as large AND as good as pizza huts. If they were to include
2 more bread sticks per order most likely they would raise the price.
Raising the price and # is going to cut down on the number of people
willing to purchase the bread sticks. $2.50 is not a bad price for 4
bread sticks. Any more I pay that at the store for 6-8 frozen bread
sticks.

Here a single order of bread sticks includes five and is $3.29. A
double order is $5.29.

It sounds like you already solved your problem by ordering two boxes.
Other chains may include more but they are also more expensive from
what I have experienced. Papa Johns is $3.99 per single order. I'm not
sure how many come in there because I hate Papa Johns food but I do
remember that they aren't as fluffy or as tasty as Pizza Hut Bread
sticks. Domino's does offer more but they aren't as big as Pizza Hut
so it equals out.

I hope they don't change it because that's the perfect amount for one
meal (hate leftovers) and if they did change it they'd probably
increase the price.
