PlanetFeedback Forum: How Do We Give Credit to Companies Who Care...or Who Respond?

Write a Letter to this Company
What steps can we take to ensure the companies that work hard to serve consumers receive the credit they deserve? What specifically can PlanetFeedback do? Recall a key part of the PlanetFeedback Mission Statement:
"WE WILL HELP CONSUMERS REWARD COMPANIES THAT SERVE THEM BEST. CONSUMER FEEDBACK - POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE - IS INHERENTLY PRODUCTIVE. CONSUMERS WANT VALUE, AND THEY WILL PROVIDE LOYALTY IN RETURN.
Here's are some thought-starters?
o Creating a special section for "over-achieving" companies
o Encouraging companies to respond to "shared-letters" so we can give them recognition
o Creating a better company directory so we can provide more information about a particular company's commitment to customer service
o Featuring more compliments on the home page of PFB
These are just though-starters. There's no question that positive-reinforcement always helps, so let's brainstorm some ideas to ensure companies and brands that work hard to win our loyalty and exceed our expectations get the credit they deserve. There are no bad ideas, so please provide feedback.
