You site

Write a Letter to this Company | Rate this Company
After typing an entire letter and clicking nest the letter disappeared. The message box was blank and couldn't go back. I'll write my own and avoid this non-sense - horrible site.
Nothing, I am not using you anymore

Please Come Back!!! What happend was you got "timed out". Next time copy the letter before hitting post. Maybe re read it before copying it to check for msitkaes and erorrs. When the letter comes up blank, re write the "You Site" part then copy the letter and hit post.

What's the problem? The letter is obviously sitting in the cuckoo's nest...you know, the one you flew over.

Well... had you hit NEXT instead of NEST you may have received better results. And, since you then used this site to post a complaint, that just kinda shows you that YOU screwed up on your first letter, since I'm reading this right now.

Steven, I think it's a matter of being timed out, and I agree it's frustrating, especially if the letter is long.
The solution I found was to write the letter in my email, where it's also spellchecked, then copy and paste it into the letter generator, where I can look at it again and make corrections if necessary. If I do happen to get timed out, the letter is still safe in my email.
It works every time for me.

By the way, this same thing just happened to me. I was writing a letter to Microsoft (a long one) and when I got the screen where I can edit my letter, there was nothing there.
Looks like there might be a timeout issue or other problem here. Shame on me for not copying my letter before hitting "Next" (or is "Nest"). If I have the strength, maybe I'll retype it.
Seems to me that this problem, whatever it is, plagues several people. I now see why all these people post partial letters, addressed to no company. It's because PFB is losing their letters. Only, as new users, they don't realize it. As an experience user, I could see what had happened, so didn't bother to write the usual "And solve my problem now!"

While I understand this is frustrating...it happens. It doesnt happen often but it DOES happen. And you will eventually find issues like that at any website you go to.
If you want to give up on this site then thats fine. But you are missing out on a wonderful and highly useful tool and website.
You managed to get this letter through so it obviously worked for you this time.
