Of those four only one was a complaint.

Now granted the complaint was a couple of years old - I hadn't known
about this site back then and wasn't expecting anything (just
submitted as an informative post)

But of all of them, the ONLY time's I've been contacted back have been
when I submitted my comments directly to the company.

out of all the letters ive sent through PFB, i have received ONE
response. my letter to Pepsi about their "throwback" products this
spring. that response came within a week "thank you for your
interest.....blah blah...limited time...."

In fact, there have been a large number of new letters over the last
few days. There are always a few, but I've seen over 200 letters just
in the last few days. This is a very active site.

You can see new letters a number of ways. One way is to click "Read
the most recent 25 PFB letters here" at the top of the home page.

As far as replies, most companies don't come here and reply. Some do.
But most do not.

As for getting a personal reply, some companies will reply very
quickly. I've received replies inside of 24 hours in some cases.

And some companies never respond. Sometimes, because they won't
accept "third party" letters. Sometimes because the address that
Planet Feedback is not correct (e.g., out of date). Sometimes because
they company chooses to have poor customer service and they simply
ignore the letter.

In other words, replies vary from a matter of minutes to never.

We actually have a large supply of new letters that come in every day.
If you go to our search function on the main page and pick an
industry that interests you, you'll see a myriad of topical letters.

The length of time it takes for a company to respond depends on the
company. Like with most things, some are better than others.

Are you searching for letters from a specific company? Not all
companies get recent letters. If you go to the PFB homepage and click
on the most recent 25 letters you'll see what's new. There have been a
lot today!
