PlanetFeedback, you rock my world!!

I posted a complaint about a customer service issue that I had at one of the Verizon Wireless stores in my area. Within 24 hours of posting to your site, the Director of Customer Relations for Verizon called me directly and rectified my issue.

I went from not being able to get the Store Manager to pay attention to me, to the Director of Customer Relations calling me personally--all thanks to your great forum! Not only did he take care of my issue, but he is addressing the store personally!

I am so thrilled this works!! Thank you so much for this website! You have enhanced my life, and saved Verizon a lifetime customer.

I totally agree that Planet Feedback does work they helped me get a
credit back on my Citibank Card for over $5,000.00 several years ago.
Citibank's Corpoorate Presidential Ifficxe calle to ask me why I chose
to give Planet Feedback the complaint insteasd of them, even though I
had sent so many e-mail complaints until I was blue in the face. It
really worked and I love my PLANET FEEDBACK.I need them again
involving a similiat situation and will request their help. I
constantly refer this sight to many people all over the world. This
si a ried and true wonderful sight to be aware of and to utilize. God
bless and keep up the good worl Planet Feedback.

yes planetfeed back works for me at at restraunt i told himm a the
problem i had and the customer relation got to me with in two day
offer me a 25.00 gift cer thank yoy plantfeed back IT WORK IT WORKS MR

Great to hear! I do think more and more companies are making a
concerted effort to address these types of issues. I hope to see much
more of this.

Wow...wish everyone who has had problem resolved via PFB would keep us
informed...its nice to know which companies take care of their
