Not every company in the world is in the PFB database. I've had
several letters where I had to enter the company manually, one just
today to Flat Rate Movers. Just enter the company information
yourself. Easy Peasy.

It's possible no one has written a complaint or compliment to them or
perhaps not many - in which case, it won't show up in a search.

You can also manually input the information if you want, or, there is
a direct form on the BC website....
