Try going to the "Company Responses" if you want to talk about old.
Planet Feedback Works For You - 2009, When Companies Respond - last
updated 2011.
And of course my favourite; "Current Responses" from November 1st -
December 31st 2005.
Either the companies aren't responding anymore, or some updates are in
order. Planet Feedback is an awesome concept. But at first glance,
it looks a little outdated except for the user activity.

from what i've been told the stuff that appears on the home page is
determined by the site software
Like how the top 25 here are determined by a computer program.

Granted it's only 25 letters, which means it can be quickly
overwritten by the letter-writers who post multiple copies of their
complaints. But it's the newest available.
