Good Customer Service

I have previously owned Polaroid digital cameras and have been so happy with them. This is why I bought Polaroid once again. I purchased the Izone 550 which is a brand new model.
When I had problems with it and could not find my receipt I thought I was in big trouble. I broke down and called customer service and because they knew it was a new model and still under warranty they issued the RMA anyway.
I returned my camera just about a week ago. The UPS man brought me a brand new camera today. Now that's good service.
I'm sooo happy! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

That's great because when I couldn't find my receipt they refuse to do
anything at all.
