I went throught the drive thru to order one of your family meals so i would not have to cook for dinner my order came up to $24.25 it has been 2 years since i have been to popeyes and now i remember why its because the service is horrible. Along with my order i ordered three of your apple pies i was the only one in the drive thru line the manager stated to me they dont have any apple pies would i like seewt potato the sweet potato pie is very nasty so the manager stated to me if i am willing to wait 5 min my apple pies will be ready so he told me to pull up and he will bring them out after i waited in the car for well over 10 min i went inside the store and once again i was the only person in there i asked the manager where was my apple pies he said they are almost done cooking i noticed i did not see anything cooking so the manager told the cook to drop some pies and the cook said no because the person that was supposed to be there did not show up so the cook told the manager to make some pies so the cook and the manager begain to argue in front of me which took and additional 15 min all i wanted was my apple pies after waiting for them to stop fighting i told the manager that he has a problem with his workers respecting his authority and as many people out there that need a job they should both be fired for their actions and i asked for my money back and i asked the manager for the district managers number he gave me an 1-877-767-3937 number and told me nothing will be done to them that the only thing that the complaints department does is send an email to him and then he deletes it while i was waiting my food got cold and i never received my apple pies I should get a full refund of my order i will tell everybody i know about this experience i am a teacher and i work for a computer company at night and i am also head of the PTA an i am also going to report this on Twitter , facebook, planetfeedback so hopefully this will never happen again im also following and organizing with the occupy movement here so everyone will know about this location I want a full refund of my order.

Refund me my money!

I would love to see the PTA's reaction when you tell them you want
everyone involved at the establishment fired because of your apple pie
mixup.


If you paid for food you didn't receive then yes you need a refund on
those items. However most corporations are not going to fire someone
over one mistake. Even if the customer demands that course of
action.
