Today I locked my keys in the car, I did that twice already...but this time I requested a locksmith.. in the past, Progressive sent a tow truck driver who damaged my window.... but this professional locksmith service you sent was AMAZING! His company was called Affordable Locksmith, and the locksmiths name was Manny.He unlocked my door within 30 seconds flat.. where as the other time you sent a tow truck, he not only damaged the door and window, but the tow truck had to call a locksmith himself to finish the job.

Can you please always send this Locksmith named Manny to all your local lockout jobs, I am going to recommend Progressive to all my friends, and hopefully you will send Affordable Locksmith EVERY time!

Affordable Locksmith, and Manny are the perfect marriage to mirror Progressives outstanding customer service!
