Stop wasting your money on sweepstakes.

who wins the sweepstakes - at least, not legally. They already had to
shell out over $30 million in legal settlements for how they conduct
this silly practice.
The bottom line is that there are no guarantees that you will ever win
anything. This is just like the lottery, and I can't write a letter
demanding that any segment of
the population be given enhanced chances of winning.
Before you waste any more time or energy getting your hope up over
PCH, look at this: "As posted on the PCH website on September 7, 2011,
the odds of winning Giveaway #1400 were 1 in 1.75 billion".

Maybe reading what this link has to offer you will better understand
the sweepstakes process and give you some insight on this topic.

Something else to think about is if PCH did as you ask (HELP MORE LOW
INCOME PEOPLE INSTEAD OF THE WEALTHY) they would indeed be
perpetuating a scam by "fixing
the outcome.
