interest free SCAM

Posted Sat June 30, 2012 12:00 pm, by . written to RAYMOUR AND FLANNAGAN

Purchased a leather sofa and chair with an extended warranty and interest free for a few year only to receive a bill due with an interest rate of 27.99% the total of my bill around 3,200, little did I know I was scammed and later looked on the computer to find similar complaints; I remeber this happing about 10 years ago when I purchased furniture and forgot until now. When calling the store they said you signed and initaled, but I trusted the con whom I thought was giving me the interest free.

I would like my extened warranty money refunded, since complaints state they are aweful to deal with and will pay them off and would like to be compensated for paying with a month or two 3,200 in which I could have used that money for my vacation and now it is cancelled, and would like to enlighten others as to this high interest rate at such a bad time of uncertainty.
