I love the Reach Clean Paste Floss. It has a great taste and it leaves my teeth feeling extra clean with out tearing up my gums. I have only one suggestion. The metal "hook" that is supposed to help cut the floss doesn't. I've tried yanking, puling, and sawing all that does is fray the end of the floss or pull the whole roll out of the container, which then falls to the floor of my bathroom and completely unravels. Could you please make the cutting device on this floss better? I would gladly buy more of it if I knew it wouldn't be wasted on the floor of my bathroom. Thank you.
